Privacy policy

We collect the minimum needed to generate your DR-486 petition. We do not sell or rent your data. We use it only to deliver the service you paid for and to meet our legal obligations.

What we collect

Account: email address, name, optional billing address. Petition: parcel ID, county, the public-record data we pull for that parcel, and the comparable sales we surface. Payment: handled by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record; we receive only the last four digits of your card.

How we use it

To prepare your petition, send transactional emails (sign-in links, receipts, deadline reminders), and improve the service. We use Cloudflare Workers Analytics Engine for aggregate usage data, with no per-user tracking and no third-party ad pixels.

Your rights

Export your account data anytime from the account page. Delete your account from the same page; we honor deletion requests within 30 days. California and EU users may exercise CCPA / GDPR rights by emailing [email protected].

Retention

While your account is active, your petitions and documents are retained and you can re-download them anytime. When you delete your account, we delete your documents and personal data; we keep public property records (parcel and sales data derived from public records), which are not personal data.

For security and fraud prevention, we keep a limited audit log of key account actions (such as sign-ins, payments, and account deletion). We retain these records, including any archived copies, only as long as needed for those purposes and to meet our legal obligations, after which they are permanently deleted.
